Also Goshominami Prosthodontic & Implant Centre has Prosthodontic & Implants specialist facilities(2 spacious rooms for general treatment , surgery room, recovery room, counseling room, dental digital CT, etc.) dedicated to providing patients with solutions to missing teeth, loose denture and aesthetically troubled teeth.

Nakai Dental Office/Goshominami Prosthodontic & Implant Centre is based centrally in　Kyoto accepting referrals from throughout the Kansai area for this very specialised aspect of dentistry.

What is a Prosthodontist?
A prosthodontist is a dental specialist in the restoration and replacement of teeth. Extensive training and education provide prosthodontists with the skills for restoring optimum function and aesthetics to your smile. These include: crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, complete and removable partial dentures, dental implants and cosmetic restoration.

Doctor

Dr. NAKAI received his DDS(Doctor of Dental Surgeon) degree in 1992, and also received his PhD degree in 1996 from Hirosima University, Japan. Then He became a registrant of GDC(General Dental Council, UK) in 1998, and worked at Dundee University Dental School, Scotland as a visiting lecturer with international grants from the British Council and the Wellcome Trust. After coming back to Japan, he served as managing director in the Denture & Dental Implants Clinic, Hiroshima University Dental Hospital.
Now, he is a visiting lecturer of Nagasaki University School of Dentistry.

・European Association for Osseointegration(Certificate holder)
・American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

In 2010, He received a certificate from European Association for Osseointegration in Implant-based Therapy, which has been awarded to few dentists in the world. →http://www.eao.org/certification-programme
The certificate is the only Europe-wide standardized assessment of skills and expertise within the field of implant-based therapy.

Committed to practicing excellence in dentistry and patient care, Dr Nakai regularly attends continuing education courses on advanced clinical skills. Dr Nakai also lectures to local the dental society to share his clinical expertise.
